Draft — pending legal review. This page says plainly what we do with your information. Counsel reviews it before launch.
When you book a demo, we keep what you type into the form: your name, role, work email, firm name, firm size, disciplines and anything you write about your biggest headache. We use it only to contact you about Stratum. We do not sell it, rent it or add it to a marketing list.
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics (page views, no cookies that identify you) to see which pages people read.
If your firm uses Stratum, the app holds your firm’s projects, hours, billing and people. That data belongs to your firm. Every firm is walled off inside the database itself, and your firm’s owner controls who inside the firm sees what. You can export your projects, hours, billing and people at any time.
In a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the western United States, with encrypted connections, and a nightly off-site backup.
The app sends invitations, password resets, weekly reports and notifications by email. You can ask us to stop any non-essential email at support@runonstratum.com.
Write to hello@runonstratum.com. A person answers.
